Strategy

The project begins with the analysis of the existing situation, requirements and information needs of the customer. If necessary, a field analysis of processes and objects is conducted. We identify the possible objectives and issues, key success factors and critical assumptions in the course of the process, information and data that we have to support. It is our obligation and responsibility, in terms of quality standards and business ethics, to identify potential risks and all the requirements that are important for the success of the project, including those that the buyer has not directly imposed. The result of this phase is a complete specification of requirements, consistent with the business objectives of the customer.

Planning

On the basis of verified, complete specification of the requirements we propose the architecture of the future system and its construction plan, including the acquisition of missing components of the future system.

Development

Depending on the complexity and the risks of a contracted job, we conduct development of the agreed system in one or two stages. In complex projects of higher risk, first, we will make a prototype which we will test together with the customer. All the equipment for the performance of the pilot project is provided by Jadrija at our own expense. The software is developed on the basis of the great library of previously developed solutions in accordance with the verified specification of the requirement. We supply the equipment, install the required software for its use and test it before installing it.

Implementation

We install the equipment, provide system-integration in accordance with agreed terms, we train the users of equipment and we test the system in production conditions.

Maintenance

The system of maintenance of the implemented solution is established during its implementation. We guarantee the customers the same quality of maintenance in warranty period as well as after that. We also offer extended warranty for up to 5 years. Our commitment is to supply spare parts and other accessories during the maintenance.
